PMExamStudy.com is operated by 3FOLD Training, a PMI Authorized Training Partner (ATP) offering PMP certification preparation training. Our registered business operates under the laws of the United Arab Emirates and is also licensed to operate in India.

References to "we," "us," or "our" in these Terms refer to 3FOLD Training. References to "you" or "your" refer to the individual or entity accessing or using our website and services.

By accessing PMExamStudy.com, registering for an account, purchasing a course, or using any content or feature on this website, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms of Use in full.
• You are at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent.
• You agree to comply with these terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use this website or purchase any courses.

Upon successful payment for a course, you will receive:

• Access to the live virtual instructor-led sessions for the enrolled batch.
• Access to the Learning Management System (LMS) for the duration specified at enrollment (currently 1 year).
• Access to practice questions and supplementary materials included in your enrollment package.

Course access is granted to the individual enrollee only and is non-transferable. Sharing login credentials or course materials with third parties is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate access termination without refund.

We reserve the right to update or modify course content to reflect changes in PMI exam standards, the Exam Content Outline (ECO), or PMBOK guidance. Such updates do not constitute a material change to your enrollment.

All prices displayed on PMExamStudy.com are in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices include applicable taxes where indicated. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; however, changes will not affect confirmed enrollments.

Payments are processed securely through our payment provider (Telr). We do not store your card details on our servers. By making a payment, you agree to the payment provider's terms and conditions in addition to these Terms.

Your enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. We reserve the right to cancel an enrollment where payment is not successfully completed.

Our refund terms are governed by our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Use. Please review the Refund Policy before enrolling.

In summary, all enrollments are non-refundable once LMS access and digital course materials have been provided, which occurs immediately after payment. Please review the Refund Policy before enrolling.

All content on PMExamStudy.com — including but not limited to course materials, videos, practice questions, lesson notes, study guides, graphics, logos, and website design — is the intellectual property of 3FOLD Training or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any course content without prior written permission.
• Record live sessions without explicit written consent from 3FOLD Training.
• Use our content to create derivative works or competing training products.
• Share, upload, or publicly post any course materials, session recordings, or practice questions.

PMI®, PMP®, PMBOK®, and other PMI marks are registered trademarks of the Project Management Institute, Inc. Their use on this site is for informational and descriptive purposes only and does not imply endorsement beyond our status as a PMI Authorized Training Partner.

All participants in our live training sessions are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. The following behaviours are grounds for immediate removal from the course without refund:

• Harassment, discrimination, or abusive conduct towards instructors or other participants.
• Recording or distributing live session content without authorisation.
• Impersonating another participant or misrepresenting your identity.
• Any form of cheating, academic dishonesty, or misrepresentation in relation to PMI applications or exam eligibility.

Our courses are designed and delivered by experienced PMI-authorised instructors and are aligned to the current PMI Exam Content Outline. However, we cannot guarantee exam success, as results depend on individual preparation, effort, and circumstances.

The website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content on this site.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3FOLD Training shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the website or course content.
• Failure to pass the PMP exam or achieve any particular outcome.
• Technical interruptions, errors, or unavailability of the LMS or live session platform.
• Loss of data or unauthorised access to your account.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the course in question.

For users enrolled from India, consumer protection rights under applicable Indian law are preserved and not waived by these Terms.
